Cancellation
Free Cancellation Period
Regular Policy (3 Rooms or Less): Cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged the full accommodation charges.
Group Policy (4 Rooms or More): Require 25% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
Cancellation Process
To cancel your reservation, please:
- Contact us directly by phone or email
- Provide your booking confirmation number
- Request cancellation before the deadline
- Receive confirmation of cancellation via email
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without 72-hour prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Early Departure
If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, the full amount of the remaining nights will be charged unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.
Force Majeure
In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a full refund.
Modifications
Changes to your reservation (dates, room type, number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
