1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
2. Reservations & Payment
All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee your booking. Credit card details will be required to confirm your booking. Full payment will be required upon check-in.
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Payment in local currency is also accepted.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
Generally, cancellations made more than 72-hours prior to arrival are free of charge (for 3 rooms or less). See our cancellation page for more details.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement of damaged items.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations of the no-smoking policy.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
